Vintage Rustoration

Gas Pumps

When restoring vintage gas pumps, we completely disassemble them, including the removal of the motor and pump. In most cases, sandblasting/rust removal is required. Each panel is body worked, coated with primer, blocked, and coated with multiple layers of automotive paint mixed from the original paint codes.

The meter is cleaned and reworked, lights are rewired, all sheet metal trim, signs and decals are attached, and new glass and gaskets are installed (we acquire parts from donor gas pumps or reputable vendors). All components are then mounted in the frame, the panels reattached, and the proper globe affixed to the top.

Vending Machines

Classic soda vending machines are disassembled, all dents/blemishes are straightened and sanded smooth, primer is applied, and the unit is coated in multiple layers of automotive acrylic enamel paint.

Once the body has been painted, internal components are cleaned and rewired, the machine is reassembled, any embossed letters are hand painted, and decals are applied.
